The Granati Brothers/G-Force toured the nation twice for 78 sold out concerts with Van Halen in the 80s. Their A&M Records releases include “G-Force” and “Propaganda”. They have also performed or recorded with David Lee Roth, Denny Laine, J. Geils, Ian Hunter, the Doobie Brothers, Sammy Hagar, Heart, Peter Frampton, Aerosmith, Boston, Def Leppard, Molly Hatchet, Humble Pie & Southside Johnny. The brothers signed with Atlantic Records in 1986 and recorded an album called “Enter: G- Force. The band re-united in 2002-2003 to record “The Continuing Adventures of the Granati Brothers”. After branching out into individual acts and projects over the last years, their former soundman and now producer Jimmy Hoyson initiated the making of their latest album “The Show” . Recorded in 2015 at David Granati’s Maplewood Studios, this ambitious new effort features old acquaintance Gregg Bisonette on drums (Ringo’s All-Starr Band, David Lee Roth).
The G’s composed a song for a feature documentary, “The Actor’s Journey” by Stanley Livingston (“My Three Sons), and have appeared in a feature film as zombies in “Day of the Dead”, George Romero’s zombie trilogy finale.
